Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- can Durkee French fried onions - 1 item
- bag frozen vegetables, thawed and drained - 1 item
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables and soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
