Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- melted margarine - 6 Tbsp
- cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- each: ginger, nutmeg and salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make pumpkin cheesecake:
Mix the crumbs and sugar together and add melted margarine. Press into the bottom of either a 8 or 9-inch spring pan with removable sides. Filling: Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until well blended. Beat in the pumpkin, spices and salt. BeatRecipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Eggs/dairy.
