Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- can Durkee French fried onions - 1 item
- bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower, thawed - 16 oz
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine all vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into dish. Bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350°.Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes longer, uncovered. Fresh vegetables can also be used.
