Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- can French fried onions - 1 item
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped pimiento, drained optional - 4 oz
- bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained - 16 oz
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, black pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
