Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- whipping cream - 1 pt
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- lime gelatin - 1 pkg
- medium can crushed pineapple drain and reserve juice - 1 item
- 3 stalks finely chopped celery - 1 c
How to make lime cheese salad:
Combine pineapple juice with enough water to make 1 cup. Bring to a boil. Dissolve gelatin in hot juice; cool. Mash cream cheese and add to gelatin. Let set slightly. Add marshmallows, pineapple, celery and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour in moldRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Salads, Cheese.
