- sour cream - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- bag frozen broccoli, carrot, cauliflower mix, thawed and drained - 1 (16
- can French fried onions, divided in half - 1 item
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Mix all ingredients together in 1 quart covered casserole using 1/2 can of French fried onions in the casserole and 1/2 can sprinkled on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
