Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 8 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients together but corn flakes and butter. Pour in a 13 x 10-inch pan. Stir together corn flakes and butter. Spread topping over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
