Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- buttered bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- shredded sharp American cheese - 1/2 c
How to make scalloped spinach:
Combine all ingredients, except crumbs. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Turn into 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
