Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- chopped pimento, drained - 4 oz
- can fried onions - 1 item
- frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower - 16 oz
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Thaw veggies and drain. Mix with soup, 1/2 c. cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake another 5 minutes. Can be microwaved on high 4 minutes, turn and microwave another 4 minutes.
