- salt and pepper - 1 item
- diced tomatoes
- steak 1-inch thick
- enough flour to cover steak - 1 item
How to make swiss steak:
Have required steak (1-inch thick). Beat in mixture of flour, salt and pepper (to your liking). Beat steak on both sides. Sear on both sides in greased skillet. Remove from fire; put into baking pan.
