Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- diced green pepper - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cucumbers, sliced - 2 c
- Italian dressing - 1/2 c
- diced tomatoes
- to 2 cans tuna if desired - 1 item
- hard-cooked egg optional - 1 item
How to make tuna-macaroni salad:
Cook macaroni. Mix mayonnaise, dressing and mustard. Add all ingredients and garnish with egg. Refrigerate 4 hours or more. Keeps well. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Side dish.
