How to make crusty baked chicken:

Cut chicken into pieces; wash and trim excess fat. Pat dry. Beat egg and milk together in bowl. In separate bowl, combine potato flakes, garlic salt, paprika, poultry seasoning and cheese. Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll in potato flake mixture
