Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1/3 Tbsp
  • margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • ketchup - 3/4 Tbsp
  • onions, chopped - 1/3 c
  • chicken - 3 4

How to make oven barbecued chicken:

Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet. Fry chicken until brown. Drain and place chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan. In a saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until chicken is done. Baste occasionally.
