Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- stick oleo, melted - 1/3 item
- stick oleo - 1/3 item
- sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed or 2 large cans sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c
- Place in a large baking dish
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Place in a large baking dish. Top with topping and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
