- vinegar - 1 c
- green beans - 2 c
How to make pickled green beans:
Clean and cook whole green beans. Place them in a sterile pint jar. Boil the water, vinegar, sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Pour over beans and seal jar. You may double recipe.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Side dish, Vegetables.
