Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 4
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- Grease a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan
How to make zucchini bars:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. In large bowl, combine sugar, raisins, nuts, zucchini, oil, vanilla and eggs; blend well by hand. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Stir in flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg and cloves; mix well by hand. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Cool before frosting.Frosting:4 c. powdered sugar3 oz. cream cheese, softened1 tsp. vanilla2 to 4 Tbsp. milk Mix until you get the consistency of frosting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
