Baked stuffed zucchini
Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 item
- leaf oregano, crumbled - 1 tsp
How to make baked stuffed zucchini:
Cut zucchini lengthwise; scoop out seeds and pulp, leaving 1/4-inch shell. Put shells in a large saucepan with boiling salted water to cover. Gently boil for 5 minutes. Drain. Line pan with foil. Combine next 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Spoon into shells. Place zucchini on foil. Sprinkle with cheese and seal foil. Cook at 400° for 1 hour.
