- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- prime rib of beef - 1 item
How to make yorkshire pudding:
Roast the prime rib of beef according to cooking instructions. While meat cooks, sift together flour and salt. Stir in milk, beating vigorously until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating 1 minute after each egg. Chill 2 hours. Half an hour before roast is done, put 1/4 cup of beef drippings in a roasting pan. Set in the oven until sizzling hot. Cook pudding 15 minutes in oven at 350° or until golden and crisp at edges. Add some dripping and use the rest for gravy.Recipe categories: Side dish, European, English.
