  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • brown sugar
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • stick butter - 3/4 item
  • white sugar - 3/4 c
  • crushed corn flakes - 1/2 c
  • can yams - 1 oz

How to make sweet potato delight:

Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar3/4 stick butter1/2 c. crushed corn flakes Drain and mash potatoes. Add all other ingredients and mix well with mixer for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into casserole dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400°. Remove from oven and add topping.

Topping: Mix ingredients well and spread evenly over potatoes. Bake 10 minutes at 400°. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
