  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dried basil - 1 tsp
  • frozen corn - 1 pkg
  • cooked rice - 3 c
  • medium green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 5 item
  • medium red pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • small link sausages - 16 item

How to make sausage pie:

Cook sausage and cut into 1-inch pieces. Saute peppers in oil. Place in 3-quart casserole. Add sausage and next 8 ingredients. Combine bread crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Serves
