  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • crushed pecans - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • light corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • medium sweet potatoes - 4 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. flour1/2 c. brown sugar1/3 c. margarine1/2 c. crushed pecans Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Mix in other ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish.

Topping: Melt margarine; add other ingredients and mix well. Place on top of casserole using a fork. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Can be made several days ahead of time. Keep chilled. Bake for 45 minutes.
