How to make sweet potato biscuits:

Mix up using your favorite homemade biscuit recipe. To biscuit batter add two average size freshly baked, cooled sweet potatoes. Dough will be softer than usual. Bake as usual in a very hot oven until golden brown. Serve hot with butter or oleo. These will not rise very much.
