Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• chopped onion - 1 c
• cottage cheese - 12 oz
• sticks oleo, melted - 2 item
• Jiffy corn bread mix - 2 pkg
• frozen broccoli, thawed, but not drained - 1 lb

How to make broccoli corn bread:

Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour into melted oleo. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Cover with Cheddar cheese and serve.
