Banana loaf cake

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar
• soda - 1 tsp
• shortening - 1/2 c
• chopped walnuts - 1 c
• sour milk - 1/4 c
• well beaten eggs - 2 item
• banana pulp 2 - 1 c

How to make banana loaf cake:

Mix together flour, salt and soda. Stir in flour mixture alternately with sour milk and mashed bananas to shortening mixture until smooth. Add nuts and bake in 5 x 9-inch loaf pan for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean from center of loaf.
