Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • cold water - 1/4 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • finely shredded carrots - 2 c
  • Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 2 layer yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • ready to spread cream cheese frosting - 1 (16

How to make easy carrot cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Beat salad dressing, cake mix, eggs, water and cinnamon at medium speed until well blended. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Spread with frosting or sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cooled cake.
