Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- melted margarine or shortening - 3 Tbsp
How to make swedish pancakes:
Beat eggs. Add salt, milk, sugar, flour and melted shortening. Put all in blender or electric mixer. Put margarine in a heavy skillet. Be sure the pan is real hot. Add about a 1/3 cup of batter in the skillet. As soon as it looks cooked, turn and cook on the other side. It doesn't take long. Serve with jam or syrup or butter.
