Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
How to make swedish pancakes:
Note: Batter will be very thin.Beat eggs until thick. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Bake on greased hot skillet. Cook for 1 minute until delicate brown. Loosen with spatula and flip to cook other side. Serve plain, with whipping cream and fresh fruit or frozen fruit. Top with syrup.
