Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- hamburger - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- milk or half and half - 1 c
- moist bread crumbs - 2 c
- each: cloves, nutmeg and allspice - 1/4 tsp
How to make swedish meatballs:
Combine first 2 ingredients in large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in blender, then add to bowl. Form mixture into small balls. Brown and bake 1 hour at 350° in covered bowl. Add drippings and water.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
