Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- dash of cayenne - 1 item
- Vidalia onions, sliced - 2 lb
- homemade or frozen pie crust - 1 item
How to make vidalia onion pie:
Saute onions in butter until crisp, but not tender. Cream sour cream with eggs, salt, pepper and cayenne. Mix with onions and pour into crust. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.
