  • milk - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 2 c
  • ground pork
  • ground ham - 1 lb
  • well-beaten eggs - 2 item

How to make swedish ham balls:

Sauce:1 c. brown sugar1 tsp. dry mustard1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. water Combine all ingredients for ham balls; mix thoroughly. Form into small balls and put in baking dish.

Combine sauce ingredients and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour; baste frequently.
