- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- ground pork
- ground ham - 1 lb
- well-beaten eggs - 2 item
How to make swedish ham balls:
Sauce:1 c. brown sugar1 tsp. dry mustard1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. water Combine all ingredients for ham balls; mix thoroughly. Form into small balls and put in baking dish.Combine sauce ingredients and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour; baste frequently.
