Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- well beaten egg - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- ground ham pork - 1 lb
How to make swedish ham balls:
Combine meat, crumbs, egg and milk and mix thoroughly. Form into small balls. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over meat balls. Bake in slow oven (325°) 1 hour, basting frequently.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Ham.
