  • milk - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • well beaten egg - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • dry bread crumbs - 1 c
  • ground ham pork - 1 lb

How to make swedish ham balls:

Combine meat, crumbs, egg and milk and mix thoroughly. Form into small balls. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over meat balls. Bake in slow oven (325°) 1 hour, basting frequently.
