Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- ground pork
- well beaten eggs - 2 item
- ground ham - 1 lb
How to make swedish ham balls:
Sauce:1 c. brown sugar1 tsp. dry mustard1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. water Combine meats, crumbs, eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly. Form into small balls. Place in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over meatRecipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Ham.
