  • milk - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • ground pork
  • well beaten eggs - 2 item
  • ground ham - 2/3 lb
  • bread crumbs I use rolled oats

How to make swedish ham balls:

Sauce:1 c. brown sugar1 tsp. dry mustard1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. water1/4 tsp. pepper Combine meat and ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form in small balls (about the size of small egg). Place in baking pan. Combine remaining sauce ingredients; stir until sugar dissolves over low heat. Pour over meat balls. Bake one hour at 350°, basting frequently. Makes 14 balls.
