  • milk - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 2 c
  • ground pork - 1/2 lb
  • ground smoked ham - 1 lb

How to make swedish ham balls:

Combine brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Combine meats, crumbs, eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly. Form into small balls and place in a casserole. Pour brown sugar mixture over meat balls. Bake in slow oven (275°) for 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently with sauce.
