Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- ground pork - 1 lb
- ground ham - 1 lb
How to make ham loaf:
Glaze:1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. vinegar1/2 c. water1/2 tsp. dry mustard Combine pork, ham, egg, milk and bread crumbs; mix well. Form into a loaf. Cover with glaze made of brown sugar, dry mustard, vinegar and water. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Ham.
