Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- garlic salt
- hamburger - 2 lb
- tomato juice - 1 item
- uncooked rice
- sausage
- cabbage leaves - 1 item
How to make pigs-in-a-blanket:
Mix raw hamburger, raw sausage, rice, garlic salt and salt together. Carefully take cabbage leaves off and blanch them in boiling water until pliable. Shape meat mixture into rolls, about 3 x 1 1/2-inches. Roll into cabbage leaf and place in a Dutch oven roaster.
