Cocktail meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- light cream - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- lean hamburger - 1 lb
- chili sauce - 12 oz
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- jar grape jelly - 10 oz
- pork sausage - 1/4 lb
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix hamburger, sausage, bread crumbs, egg and cheese. Form into 1-inch meatballs. Brown in skillet until cooked through.In separate saucepan, melt the grape jelly on low heat. Add chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and remaining ingredients. Heat and combine with meatballs. Serve warm. Makes approximately 40 one-inch meatballs.
