Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- medium tomatoes, peeled and cut in wedges - 3 item
- cubed patty pan yellow squash - 2 c
How to make summer squash skillet:
Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in sugar, flour, salt and pepper. Add squash and tomatoes. Cook over low heat just until vegetables are tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Squash, Main dish, One Dish meal.
