Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- pecan halves
- egg white - 1 item
How to make sugar coated pecans:
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Beat egg white and water until soft peaks form. Add nuts to egg mixture and mix well. Add sugar mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Appetizers, Seasonal.
