Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/3 c
- grated cheese - 1/3 c
- bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- parsley - 1/4 c
- capers - 2 Tbsp
- tomatoes, clean and scoop out seeds and drain on towels - 6 item
- sundried tomatoes, diced - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic less if desired, diced - 2 item
How to make stuffed tomatoes:
Mix bread crumbs, parsley, oil, sundried tomatoes, capers, garlic and grated cheese. Fill hollows of tomatoes. Drizzle with a little oil. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325° until stuffing is golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Side dish.
