Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • water - 2 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1/2 c
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • cans tomato paste - 2 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • hamburg
  • well beaten eggs - 2 item

How to make spaghetti sauce with meatballs:

Meatballs:1 lb. hamburg1/2 c. bread crumbs1/2 c. grated cheese1 tsp. parsley1 clove garlic, minced1/2 c. milk2 well beaten eggs Saute onion in oil; add rest of sauce ingredients. Simmer all together for 2 or 3 hours.

For meatballs, mix all ingredients together. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls. Add to spaghetti sauce and cook 1 hour more.
