Spaghetti sauce with meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- water - 2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- bay leaf - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- cans tomato paste - 2 item
- onion - 1 item
- hamburg
- well beaten eggs - 2 item
How to make spaghetti sauce with meatballs:
Meatballs:1 lb. hamburg1/2 c. bread crumbs1/2 c. grated cheese1 tsp. parsley1 clove garlic, minced1/2 c. milk2 well beaten eggs Saute onion in oil; add rest of sauce ingredients. Simmer all together for 2 or 3 hours.For meatballs, mix all ingredients together. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls. Add to spaghetti sauce and cook 1 hour more.
