  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • cans shrimp, rinsed and drained - 2 1/4
  • jar sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 1/2
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • fresh cooked or canned crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed - 1/2 lb
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • chicken broth - 1/3 c
  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2/3 c
  • minced fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • cooked wild, brown or white rice or a combination - 1 item

How to make stuffed sole:

Baking Temperature: 400°. Baking Time: 35 minutes, divided. In a saucepan, saute onion, shrimp and mushrooms in butter until onion is tender. Add crabmeat; heat through. Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper and paprika. Spoon the crabmeat mixtu
