Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- cans shrimp, rinsed and drained - 2 1/4
- jar sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 1/2
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- fresh cooked or canned crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed - 1/2 lb
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- chicken broth - 1/3 c
- water - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2/3 c
- minced fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- cooked wild, brown or white rice or a combination - 1 item
How to make stuffed sole:
Baking Temperature: 400°. Baking Time: 35 minutes, divided. In a saucepan, saute onion, shrimp and mushrooms in butter until onion is tender. Add crabmeat; heat through. Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper and paprika. Spoon the crabmeat mixtuRecipe categories: Main dish, Shrimp, Sole and flounder.
