Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- small onions - 2 item
- potatoes, peeled and quartered - 6 item
- carrots, cut in half, then quartered lengthwise - 6 item
- sweet Italian sausage links or cut up rope of it into 3 to 4-inch pieces
How to make sausage casserole:
Baking Temperature: 350°. Baking Time: 1 hour.Combine vegetables and seasonings and put into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with sausage. Bake until potatoes are tender. Yield: 6 servings.
