Ingredients/Components

  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • small onions - 2 item
  • potatoes, peeled and quartered - 6 item
  • carrots, cut in half, then quartered lengthwise - 6 item
  • sweet Italian sausage links or cut up rope of it into 3 to 4-inch pieces

How to make sausage casserole:

Baking Temperature: 350°. Baking Time: 1 hour.

Combine vegetables and seasonings and put into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with sausage. Bake until potatoes are tender. Yield: 6 servings.
