Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1/3 lb
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- crushed pineapple, with juice - 4 oz
- ham loaf mix - 3 lb
How to make ham balls:
Sauce:1 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. mustard4 oz. crushed pineapple, with juice1/2 c. water1/2 c. vinegar Baking Temperature: 350°. Baking Time: 1 1/2 hours.Combine ingredients for Ham Balls. Mix thoroughly and shape into balls. Place in greased baking sheet.
Combine ingredients for sauce in a pan. Bring to a boil and pour over ham balls. Bake. Yield: 12 servings.
