- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- large fresh mushrooms, sliced - 5 item

- shelled sunflower seeds - 1/3 c

- Schilling pot roast bag with seasonings - 1 item
- fresh green onions with tops - 5 item
How to make stuffed round steak:
Beat and tenderize meat. Mix seasonings from cooking bag with other ingredients to form paste. Then spread onto the meat. Roll up in jelly roll fashion and secure with string. Place in cooking bag. Cook at 300° for two hours or until desired doneness. Remove from bag. Thicken gravy left in bag with cornstarch and pour over cooked meat.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, Steak.
