Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/3 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- catsup
- ribs - 1 item
- dashes Tabasco sauce - 2 item
How to make oven-barbecued ribs:
Basting Sauce:1 c. catsup1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. chili powder1 tsp. salt2 dashes Tabasco sauce1 1/2 c. water Salt ribs; place in shallow pan (meat side up). Roast at 450° for 30 minutes; drain.Basting Sauce: Bring ingredients to a boil; pour over ribs. Lower temperature to 350°; bake for about 1 1/2 hours. Baste every 15 minutes. If sauce gets too thick, add water.
