Ingredients/Components
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- tablespoons butter or margarine - 2 item
- pounds round steak-use meat tenderizer and mallet to pound thin - 3 item
- small onion sliced very thin - 1 item
- small green pepper slivered - 1 item
- tablespoons sliced stuffed olives - 2 item
- tablespoon minced pimento - 1 item
- can/jar mushrooms sliced whatever is on sale - 1 item
- cup packaged bread stuffing - 1/2 item
- A pinch coarsely ground pepper - 1 item
How to make stuffed round steak:
Cut beef in half making 2 slices 1 1/2 inch thick. Cook garlic, onion, green pepper in butter and saut?© until soft but not brown. Blend in soup, drain mushrooms & add with olives, pimento, stuffing & pepper. Place between meat slices. Roast in 450 degrees for 15 minutes and then 350 degrees for 30 minutes for medium rare.
