Ingredients/Components
- cube butter, melted - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- Minute rice - 2 c
- can French onion soup - 1 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces - 8 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Mix soups together; pour 1/2 of mixture into an aluminum foil-lined 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle rice over soup mixture. Drizzle butter over rice. Top with chicken pieces and pour remainder of soup on top. Cover pan with foil and bake 4 hours in oven at 275°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
