  • boneless butterflied pork chops, 3/4-inch thick - 6 item
  • pork stuffing mix - 1 pkg

How to make stuffed pork chops:

Pound meat with mallet until the chops are about 3/8-inch thick. Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions. Place one large serving spoon of stuffing mix on 1/2 of chop, fold top over and secure with toothpicks. Place chops in baking dish and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until done. Serve with cranberry sauce.
