Stuffed pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 12 c
- stalks celery - 2 item
- small onion - 1 item
- poultry seasoning - 1/4 tsp
- to 6 pork chops - 5 item
- few grains of pepper - 1 item
- sprig parsley - 1 item
- whole cranberries or 1/2 can strained - 1/2 c
How to make stuffed pork chops:
Place celery, onion, parsley and whole cranberries on cutting board. Chop fine. In pan, saut all in butter. Stir in bread crumbs, salt, poultry seasoning, sugar and pepper. Stuff into pork chops. Bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour; turn pork chops and then bake for 1/2 hour more.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Cajun.
